If following errors show up on your Gululu:
- Your router is 5G mode, please check the setting and turn on the 2.4G mode, for now, Gululu only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi.
- Your password is wrong, double check the password and try again
- Our server is temperately out of service or under maintenance, it will come back to service in 5-10 minute. You can try it later.
- Your router is not connected to internet, please check your router
- The bottle is not illegal to activated or blocked by our server, please check with our customer service.
