Problems with charging can be due to voltage differences or circuit problems.  

You can check for this first by either:
  1. Changing the USB charging cable
  2. Re-positioning the bottle so it sits more solidly on the charger when charging
If your bottle is successfully charging, you should be able to see a blue/red light by the charging socket on the Wireless Charging Dock.

If you have tried the above two steps and still don't see a small blue/red light when your bottle is on the charging dock, please contact our customer service and give us your Bottle ID so our technicians can follow up for you.
